(a) No Claims of any kind for any reason whatsoever will be accepted by us for non- fulfilment, or late delivery, of this order or any part thereof.
(b) Where goods are required by reason of late delivery you are to contact us immediately for disposal instructions, and not to return them without written consent.
(c) Where faulty goods are involved you are to supply us with a list of such items quoting the invoice number (if available) on which they were supplied or the return of the goods for replacement together with a copying letter explaining the problem./dd>
(d) All goods received from us must be signed for as “UNEXAMINED” otherwise the carriers will not accept a claim for pilferage/breakages etc. We must receive notification within such time so that we may register your claim with the carriers within three days of the date of delivery for you.
(e) Short delivery from the carriers must be notified to us within three days from the date of delivery. Any claims made outside the statutory period allowed cannot be accepted.
(f) The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyers upon delivery. Until full payment has been received by the sellers for all goods whatsoever supplied at any time by the sellers to the buyers, property in the goods shall remain in the sellers.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
(g) In the event of any claim against us in respect of any matter whatsoever, our liability (if any) shall be limited to the replacement of the goods sold by us in respect of which the liability arose. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall we be liable for any consequential loss or damage.
